When do
you use a covering or speculative letter? |
<<Back |
- Use a covering letter when you’ve
been asked to send your CV or you are sending a completed
application form for a job that has been advertised.
- Use a speculative letter when
you want to contact a company that hasn’t advertised
any vacancies. You may like to do this if there is
a company you’d really like to work for or if the sort of work you want is popular. You
can send your CV with it.
