The Work-based Services Team work with other partner organisations to support employers in Calderdale and Kirklees. We offer:

• support to employers and training providers.
• a job vacancies placing service
• advice on education/industry links

The team signposts companies to the appropriate organisation to deal with their enquiries and needs. Team members work with young people in school to find them work experience placements and after they've left school to place them in suitable employment and training.

Close links with Jobcentre Plus and other partners ensure an all-age vacancy service sharing vacancies and promoting the role that each organisation has in supporting local business, particularly new business and business expansion projects.
