We value highly the views of our service users and partners and take account of them in developing and improving our services.

List of planned improvements for the coming year:

• to work with partners to reduce the number of young people who are not in employment, education or training in order to help them find a suitable opportunity
• to increase the number of young people who remain in contact with us after they leave school
• to provide a service for our customers between Christmas and the New Year
• to increase the number of young people using the learningline
• to improve presentation of information through new signage and labelling in the centres and HQ information points
• to revise the design and content of Jobfaqs
• to review the function and appearance of Careers Info, the online catalogue
• to save energy by reducing electricity consumption and encouraging staff to use public transport
