... Jasmin joined one of our NOCN (National Open College Network) level 2 courses in Developing Information, Advice and Guidance Skills. Jasmin fell victim to the volcanic ash cloud from the Icelandic volcano, which resulted in the late submission of her portfolio. On completion she sent the following:

“I just want to thank you for your understanding regarding the situation I was in and the late submission of my portfolio.
