We run a range of courses to suit people with different levels of interest or experience. If you are new to information and advice either as a worker or volunteer you can start with our NOCN Level 2 course. We offer Level 3 courses if you are beginning to offer guidance, as well as information and advice; or a Level 4, 5 or 6 course if you have some experience and are looking to move into a professional role
