Jill coordinates the CEIAG support for Calderdale and Kirklees. She organises the Inset training programme for schools, colleges, work-based learning providers and the voluntary and community sector.

She takes the lead on work with primary schools aimed at raising aspirations and challenging stereotypes. She has been working alongside primary teachers for several years helping them to deliver CEIAG programmes . Recently the Government acknowledged the importance of such an approach.

Jill previously worked as a specialist careers adviser with unemployed young people for Bradford Careers before moving to Calderdale Careers as an adult guidance consultant.

TDLB D32/33 (Assessor Awards)

NOCN Level 3 Supporting Work-based Learning/Mentoring

BPS Psychometric Testing Level A

Rickter Scale Practitioner Certificate

BA (Hons) in French/Spanish
