Martin has tutored learners on NVQ3 and 4 Advice and Guidance and NVQ4 LDSS programmes as well as on the NOCN Level 2 IAG (Information, Advice and Guidance) course whilst at C&K Training.  He is an assessor for Quality Standards for CEIAG (Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance). 

He has many years experience of teaching, training and assessing, initially in secondary schools and later in further education colleges. Before joining the C&K Training Team he was a Personal Adviser working mainly with young people who were NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).
