Alison joined the C&K Training Team in 2006 working as a tutor and assessor with learners on NVQ3 and 4 Advice and Guidance, and NVQ4 LDSS programmes as well as on the NOCN Level 2 IAG (Information, Advice and Guidance) course.

Alison also worked as an Adult Careers Adviser until January 2010 before joining the C&K Training Team on a full time basis. Other careers experience includes telephone guidance and work with unemployed young people. 

Prior to joining Calderdale & Kirklees Careers she
worked for many years in the voluntary sector for an alcohol and drug treatment service and then later as a grants assessor for the Princes Trust.

Alison holds the following qualifications:
