Sue joined the C&K Training Team in 2010.  She assesses schools and colleges against the national and local Quality Standards in CEIAG (Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance).

She provides consultancy to support schools and colleges through the assessment process, helping them develop good practice and improve their CEIAG provision to meet statutory requirements.  Alongside her assessment role, Sue also works part-time as a Connexions Personal Adviser in Kirklees.

Sue has previously worked as an information consultant, adult guidance practitioner and latterly, adult guidance services manager across Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham before moving to Calderdale and Kirklees Careers as a Connexions Personal Adviser.

Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance

A1 Assessors Award

PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management

BPS psychometric assessment Levels A and B

Registered accredited user of Morrisby Profile

Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, INLPTA
