What is Connexions?

Connexions is for you if you are aged between 13 and 19 and you want advice on getting to where you want to be in life. It is also there to help you if you are aged 25 or under and you have learning difficulties or disabilities (or both).

Young people are actively involved in the design and delivery of Connexions.
